The Beginning
Amlaak is a Saudi real-estate development and investment company that set out from Khobar to deliver integrated residential and commercial projects worthy of the people who live in them. We choose our locations with care, design our projects around the details of daily life, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and sustainability at every stage of construction.
We believe building is a mission before it is a business: every project we hand over is a contribution to community stability and family wellbeing, and an asset that preserves its value for future generations. In that spirit we build — and in that spirit we promise our owners a relationship that does not end at key handover.

Our Journey

Amlaak launched from Khobar with a clear vision: development that creates genuine stability for the people of the Eastern Province — not just buildings to be sold.
We delivered our first tower in Dammam’s Al Shulah district on schedule — 96 units became lived-in homes, and our reputation for reliability was born.
With the handover of Amlaak Tharwa and Al Nakheel Villa, we crossed the milestone of 1,000 units deeded and registered in their owners’ names.
We handed over the fully sold-out Expo tower in Dammam’s Al Faisaliyah, and in the same year launched the Al Jawhara project in Khobar.
Registered title transfers surpassed SAR 650 million — a testament to market trust and the strength of our projects.
We launched Sea Tower and Marina on the Dammam coast, bringing Amlaak’s expertise to the waterfront with completely unobstructed views.
We announced our largest project yet in Dhahran’s Al Qusur district: four towers holding 588 units — a new landmark in the journey of stability.
